RHIANNON VALENTI - BIO
About the Artist
For Rhiannon's art training, she has studied at Pasadena Art Center, Pasadena City College, Citrus College,Mission Renaissance Fine Art Classes, Cal Poly Pomona, and received her B.F.A. from the prestigious Otis College Of Art and Design, Los Angeles, California.
Not only does she create outstanding paintings but equally is accomplished as a pianist, having studied under Professor Kathleen Witmer Buswell, pupil of the great Rosina and Josef Lehvinne, at Juliard Music School. Rhiannon participated in over 30 recitals, performing Beethoven, Bach, Debussy, Chopin, Gershwin, to name a few. She also performed two-piano duets with pianist Jean Li, together they energized their audiences with Grieg, Scriabin, Bach, Tschaikovsky....
Rhiannon also danced and performed ballet for ten years straight with several different studios in Southern Cal,, including Pacific Dance Theatre, Pasadena, and has been teaching ballet for several years.
Rhiannon has exhibited her work in several galleries in the Los Angeles area, primarily, but also in all of California and the East Coast. The artist lives her life completely dedicated to making the most of her special talents.
